The agenda will start with the keynote “Driving brand success with AI: High-speed partnerships that move the needle”, where motorsports, AI, and strategic brand collaborations will take center stage. The panel will feature star racer Tatiana Calderon, AI visionary Álvaro Meléndez (co-founder and CEO of CRANT), and product strategy specialist Lina Silva (CEO of WANDR Studio). As the Chilean Senate debates regulation, this session will feature insights from Marianela Artoni (compliance director of Enjoy), Cecilia Valdés (president of the ACCJ), Carlos Baeza Guíñez (founder of Carlos Baeza & CIA Abogados), Cristina Romero de Alba (partner at Loyra Abogados), and Jorge Cárdenas (marketing director for Latin America at Coolbet). With the participation of Vanda Silva (corporate director of Clever Advertising), Gonzalo Pérez (CEO of Apuesta Total), Xabier Maribona (CEO of Retabet Group), Andrea Rossi (commercial director for Latin America at Betsson Group), Gabriel Grados (financial director of La Tinka) and Carlos Fonseca Sarmiento (CEO of Gaming Law SAC), the session will explore how retail operators are embracing remote sports betting and forming strategic alliances to capitalize on this burgeoning market.

María de Lourdes Ramírez García, replaces Leonardo Manuel Figueroa, who held the position since March 2023.
Mexico.- María de Lourdes Ramírez García has recently been appointed as the general director of Games and Draws of Mexico.
María de Lourdes holds a degree in Social Work from the National Autonomous University of Mexico and, throughout her career, has completed various trainings, including a diploma in Introduction to Public Management at the Public Administration School of the Federal District, in 2015.
In terms of her professional experience, she has held various roles in public institutions and social organizations. In the previous administration, she was the Area Coordinator at the Secretary of Security and Citizen Protection.

In 2015, she held the position of Head of the Departmental Unit for Guest, Migrant, and Family Services at the Secretary of Rural Development and Equity for Communities. During her tenure, she participated in the creation of the Subcommittee on Interculturality and Migrant Care, managed the apostille of birth certificates for minors born abroad, facilitated the incorporation of migrant or returned children into the educational system, and managed shelters for migrants and their families.
Between 2014 and 2015, she worked as Coordinator of Operation, Monitoring, and Evaluation at the Institute of Assistance and Social Integration. In this position, she improved social assistance services, organized the first count of street populations in Mexico City, and managed care for people living on the streets, promoting their incorporation into the school system and their vocational training, as well as facilitating the processing of birth certificates for this vulnerable sector.
From 2012 to 2013, she was in charge of the Regional Executive Directorate West in the Undersecretary of Citizen Participation, where she participated in the organization of the first delivery of the Social Program for School Supplies and Uniforms through an electronic voucher and in the integration of the beneficiary registry in the West region.
