Argentina.- More than 300 state-owned properties, most of them concentrated in the province of Buenos Aires, have been put up for sale following a decree issued by the national government.
On Friday, October 25, Decree 950/24 was published in the Official Gazette, stating that the State will sell these real estate properties, justifying that their maintenance involves unnecessary expenses. The Government indicates that this measure seeks to optimize resources in the context of the economic situation being faced.

From vacant lots, garages, railway and industrial areas, and urban buildings, the properties total almost 309 that will be managed by the State Property Administration Agency (AABE).
