The visit aimed to boost sales in that city and also to spread the new prize plan and give gifts to the lottery vendors.
Colombia.- Positioning the Lotería del Risaralda at a national level continues to be one of the main objectives of the entity at the request of Governor Juan Diego Patiño Ochoa. In this regard, the tours to engage with the sales force across the country have continued; this time it was Medellín's turn, in an activity led by the manager of the Lottery, Bibiana Garcés González.
The main intention of this visit was to strengthen the bond with the sales force, who ultimately sells the product to the end customer; similarly, the meeting served to share the new prize plan and provide some useful details and gifts for the lottery vendors.
“The Lotería del Risaralda has wanted to be present in the territories where the Lotería del Risaralda ticket is sold, especially we were in Medellín, a very big challenge, since the Medellín Lottery plays on the same day as ours, however, the sales force was very receptive to all the information about the new prize plan,” indicated Bibiana Garcés.
During the visit, the manager of the Lottery was also able to review the circulation and exposure that the Lottery of the Risaraldenses has in the city of Medellín.
“We found that most of the sales force have a special space for the Lotería del Risaralda; it is a lottery that is very popular, sells a lot and is recognized for its punctuality in paying out prizes,” mentioned the manager.

In Medellín, the lottery vendors expressed that until now there had never been a personalized visit, therefore Garcés mentioned that this reaffirms the commitment to them. “We will continue working with them hand in hand, so that the bettors of Antioquia have access to the new prize plan and continue increasing the number of tickets sold in that territory”.
