ComeOn Group, which is one of Ontario’s 51 licensed online operators, hopes to significantly grow its sportsbook operations and double its sportsbook business in the coming years. To that end, the company has been investing hard in its sports betting suite.
The company’s sportsbook business is underpinned by a proprietary sportsbook platform, as well as an in-house management and trading team. The investment in sports betting aligns with the group’s overall multi-product strategy and its ambition to appeal to a broader customer base.
Ontario has been a key region for the company because of its huge potential. Since launching legal online gaming a few years ago, the Canadian province has experienced unparalleled market growth, with iGaming revenue reaching CAD 6.7 billion in 2023. This figure is expected to increase by 20% in 2024.
