SOFTSWISS, a leading software provider for iGaming, is strengthening its commitment to men's health by expanding activities for Movember (Blue November), an ambitious initiative aimed at saving men's lives worldwide. Building on the success of its debut in 2023, the company is stepping up its efforts to support physical and mental well-being, while encouraging open communication among employees.

With the slogan "Talk and Act!", the 2024 campaign highlights the importance of addressing critical health issues such as prostate and testicular cancer, as well as mental health challenges.

Launched two decades ago, Movember has become a global movement with over five million supporters, aiming to significantly improve health outcomes for men by 2030.

This year, eleven senior and mid-level managers from SOFTSWISS have volunteered as project ambassadors, using their social networks to raise awareness.

The popular Mustache Challenge will also feature participants who will start November clean-shaven and proudly display their mustaches at the end of the month.

New activities include the launch of an anonymous mental health support channel for the SOFTSWISS team, in collaboration with an online psychological counseling service.

Additionally, to bring the campaign to life in the SOFTSWISS offices, a foosball tournament will be held in Warsaw, Poznan, and Tbilisi.

"Without health, we cannot thrive in life or business. In our busy lives, it's easy to neglect our well-being. At SOFTSWISS, we fully embrace the value 'WE CARE' – not just in our work, but also in taking care of ourselves and each other. This Movember, we encourage everyone to reflect on what really matters," assured Ivan Montik, founder of SOFTSWISS.

"Prioritizing self-care is essential for building a successful future. Together, we can foster a culture of health and well-being that strengthens our community," added Montik.

Movember is part of a broader set of initiatives supported by SOFTSWISS, including global health campaigns like Pink October, during which the company reimburses ultrasound and mammography exams for its female employees.

SOFTSWISS's commitment to promoting excellent working conditions has been widely recognized in the iGaming industry. Earlier this year, the company was awarded the title of "Employer of the Year" at the SBC Awards.
