Under the slogan "Talk It Out! Act It Out!" [Speak Up! Take Action], the 2024 campaign highlights the importance of addressing critical health issues such as prostate and testicular cancer, as well as mental health issues.
Press release.- SOFTSWISS strengthens its commitment to men's health with an expanded program of activities for "Movember", an ambitious initiative focused on saving the lives of men around the world.
Building on the success of its first participation in 2023, the company is stepping up its efforts to support physical and mental well-being, while fostering open communication among employees. Under the slogan "Talk It Out! Act It Out!" [Speak Up! Take Action], the 2024 campaign underscores the importance of addressing critical health issues such as prostate and testicular cancer, as well as mental health problems. Launched two decades ago, "Movember" has become a global movement with more than five million followers, aiming to significantly improve men's health by 2030.
This year, eleven executives and middle managers from SOFTSWISS have volunteered as ambassadors for the project, using their social media platforms to raise awareness. In the popular "Mustache Challenge", participants will start November clean-shaven and proudly sport their mustaches at the end of the month. New activities include the launch of an anonymous mental health support channel for SOFTSWISS staff, in collaboration with an online psychological counseling service. Additionally, to bring the campaign to life across all SOFTSWISS offices, a foosball tournament will be held in Warsaw, Poznan, and Tbilisi.
Ivan Montik, founder of SOFTSWISS, commented: "Without good health, we cannot thrive in life or in business. In our busy lives, it's all too easy to overlook our well-being. At SOFTSWISS, we wholeheartedly embrace the value 'WE CARE', not just in our work, but also in taking care of ourselves and others. This 'Movember', we encourage everyone to take a moment to reflect on what really matters. Prioritizing self-care is essential for building a prosperous future. Together, we can foster a culture of health and well-being that strengthens our community."
