From the Lottery of Córdoba, it was explained that they will continue with these tasks. They also mentioned the importance of implementing parental control apps.
Argentina.- Lotería de Córdoba announced that it has already trained one million citizens on responsible gaming, in the program that has been applied in the province. The institution has also released three parental control apps to prevent gambling among minors, which contributes to this end.
As highlighted by the entity, the institution has also trained more than 2,000 high school students, 2,000 teachers, and another 2,000 parents of students. With these measures, the Córdoba lottery aims to promote responsible gaming and prevent minors from accessing gambling.
The Lottery of Córdoba has taken a significant step in protecting minors by implementing three new parental control applications for online gaming. These tools are available on the official website of the Lottery and aim to offer adults the possibility to block children's access to gaming platforms that are reserved for adults.
The launch of these applications is part of the policies for child protection. David Urreta, president of the Lottery of Córdoba, emphasized the importance of these initiatives: “At the Lottery of Córdoba, protecting our youth is paramount and a priority. We have implemented these tools so that parents can exercise control over their children's actions concerning online gaming”.
The available applications, Gamban, Qustodio, and Betblocker, allow parents to block access to virtual wallets and restrict entry to various gaming platforms. This is especially relevant in a digital environment where young people can be exposed to content not suitable for their age.

The vice president of the Lottery, Néstor Gómez, also commented on the development of a proprietary application that will add to these initiatives: “We believe these tools can be very helpful for adults with minors in their care. We are developing an app that will help parents in taking care of their children”.
