On the night of this Friday (22), the latest edition of the LFA (Legacy Fighting Alliance), one of the main mixed martial arts events in the world, takes place. The tournament will be held at the Polvilho gymnasium, in Cajamar (SP), and will have the sponsorship of Esportes da Sorte. Among the biggest attractions is the Pernambuco native Nicoly Pedroza, 21 years old, representing the EDS Squad (Esquadrão Esportes da Sorte).
Born in the city of Olinda, the athlete will enter the octagon to face Thalita Diniz from Rondonia in the bantamweight category, in a highly anticipated fight by fans. With five victories and no defeats so far, Pedroza remains undefeated in the MMA record and seeks to further consolidate her name in LFA 197.
“The EDS Squad is a complete team, aiming to promote and boost MMA. The training strategy was set up and we follow the plan 100%. I feel very well-prepared physically, mentally, and strategically speaking. I gave my all in each training session and I know that, with a lot of humility and feet on the ground, I will achieve my 6th career victory,” warns Nicoly.
Recently, Esportes da Sorte held a promotion so that fans of martial arts could follow the competition in the VIP area. In total, 400 people were graced with the prize, which will give access to the site that has a privileged view of the cage.
LFA 197 will have live and exclusive transmission to Brazil via the UFC Fight Pass streaming service, starting at 9 PM (Brasília time) on Friday.
