Aposta Ganha has obtained a license from the Gambling Management System (Sigap) to operate within the regulated market in Brazil.
The operational plan under this license is set to begin on January 1, 2025, but it must wait for the analysis to be completed by the Prize and Gambling Secretariat (SPA).
Aposta Ganha has been active in the Brazilian market for six years and is now transitioning to a regulated environment, adhering to the SPA rules set by the Ministry of Finance.
It is worth noting that the company's registration number is 0022, and it is one of the first platforms to be approved under the country's new regulatory framework.
Aposta Ganha's Chief Business Officer, Hugo Baungartner, stated: "We are very proud to announce that we have successfully completed the federal business license application set by the Ministry of Finance. Strict safety standards ensure better consumer protection and market integrity."
In September 2024, Aposta Ganha adopted Diffusion Cloud, a data management platform designed to handle the increasing user load. This move is part of the company's preparations to expand its sports betting products and launch casino services, aiming to adapt to the gambling industry landscape in Brazil.
