The Middlesbrough Football Club (MFC) Foundation will be the focus this week, as main partner Kindred Group will donate its jersey front sponsorship to promote the foundation's community activities.
In the match against Hull City on Saturday, the Unibet logo (usually accompanied by Kindred's responsible gambling slogan "Zero% Mission") will be replaced to highlight the foundation's outreach work in Teesside.
This event coincides with the MFC Foundation Weekend, which aims to raise awareness about the foundation's projects designed to improve life across the region.
Kindred's collaboration with MFC is not limited to sponsorship but also involves direct participation in foundation activities such as "Thinking Football."
This project provides a safe space for local men to discuss mental health issues while enjoying football, aiming to foster connections and open dialogue.
Worth noting: Kindred's partnership with Middlesbrough Football Club started in 2018 and will continue until 2027, making it one of the longest partnerships in British football history.
Earlier this season, MFC star Isaiah Jones discussed the impact of the program with participants and documented it in a video shared with fans.
Speaking about the decision to support the foundation, Kindred's UK General Manager Sam Mead said: "Our relationship with Middlesbrough Football Club and its foundation is long-term, profound, and mutually supportive.
"We are all aware and immensely proud of the outstanding work the foundation does in the Northeast community. Therefore, we are delighted to once again donate our jersey front space for this weekend's match against Hull City.
"In the spirit of this weekend's event, we urge supporters to pay attention to MFC's outreach programs and to take advantage of the various initiatives offered if they feel they could benefit from them."
