Lottopar held a new lecture on sports integrity, this time for Coritiba, at Couto Pereira Stadium. The operations director, Fabio Veiga, accompanied by advisor Pablo Wosniacki, presented the concepts and guidelines for the Sub-15 and Sub-17 categories with the goal of promoting education for athletes and thus creating an increasingly manipulation-free environment.
The general secretary of the Paraná Football Federation (FPF), Robson Seerig, the assistant from Coritiba's Legal Department, Matheus Augusto Brambilla Bertasso, and the supervisor of the Sub-17 category, Adan Douglas dos Santos, also participated in the lecture.
These lecture cycles with football clubs and professionals in the field are a partnership of Lottopar with the Paraná Football Federation and aim to promote education for sports integrity.
The contents address norms, regulations, and legislations that prohibit the participation of athletes in betting, with emphasis on Ordinance No. 67/2024 from Lottopar. It prohibits the registration and making of bets by any person who has or may have influence on the outcome of a sports-themed event, which includes athletes, managers, coaches, trainers, referees, and refereeing assistants.
The contents were produced by the agency based on experience in regulation and also with the exchange of experiences with the largest institutions of responsible gaming and sports integrity in the world, with which Lottopar is associated, among them the Union of Lotteries for Integrity in Sports (Ulis), which is one of the largest sports monitoring companies in the world.
For the operations director of Lottopar, Fabio Veiga, this opening of doors by Coritiba represents the concern of the institutions in increasingly seeking sports integrity.

Cooperation with the FPF
Lottopar signed a technical cooperation agreement with the Paraná Football Federation (FPF) in October. The goal is to develop actions aimed at sports integrity, ensuring safe and responsible gaming in the sports betting environment and also addressing sports integrity.
Lottopar has been promoting training, lectures, and other activities directed at FPF affiliates, the Arbitration Commission, and the general public, and also for football clubs, with the aim of guiding about codes of conduct, prevention of result manipulation, and the risks associated with illegal betting practices.
The agreement also seeks to strengthen awareness of the consequences of non-compliance with sports norms and contribute to the safe regulation of the sector, promoting the protection of those involved and the integrity of the competitions.
