Like every year, the Provincial Institute of Games and Casinos donated the collection from the Parking Beach of the Mendoza Racecourse.
Argentina.- The Provincial Institute of Games and Casinos (IPJyC Mendoza), through the Department of Social Responsibility and Responsible Gaming, has been carrying out since 2015 the assignment of collection for vehicle entry to the Mendoza Racecourse to various Institutions, NGOs or Foundations of the Province.
This time, the funds collected during the races of July 25, September 22, October 27, and November 11 were assigned. The beneficiaries were: La Asociación Civil Caciques Rugby Mendoza, the CONIN Foundation, and the Asociación Civil Egresados Sancarlinos Agradecidos, School No. 4-211 Maestro Ángel Oscar Funes and the Andina Foundation.
The Caciques Rugby Mendoza is a non-profit Civil Association that works to drive the transformation of people deprived of their freedom through four fundamental pillars: rugby, education, training, and connection with the world of Work.
For its part, CONIN was born 30 years ago in Mendoza with the purpose of carrying out prevention and treatment of maternal and child malnutrition, while the Asociación Civil Egresados Sancarlinos Agradecidos is a collective of graduates from schools in San Carlos with the goal of contributing to the support of girls, boys, young people, and adults that aims to facilitate access to the educational system, formal or non-formal, and their performance within it.
The Technical School 4-211 “Maestro Ángel Oscar Funes” is located in the south of the department, in the town of Pareditas, San Carlos, and seeks the comprehensive training of Agricultural Technicians. Lastly, the Andina Foundation seeks to promote the right of every person, infants, young people, and adults, to enjoy a dignified and full life in equal opportunities, starting from the integral development of individual and collective capacities as a means to transform society and achieve easy access to Health Systems and make sports a unique and healthy lifestyle.

It should be remembered that this year Law 9534 was enacted, which assigns a percentage of the collection by Gross Income from casinos and online games, services linked to gambling and betting, to specific mental health programs.
Specifically, the initiative seeks to assign monthly 25 percent of the collection of the Gross Income tax and allocate it to the Mental Health and Addictions programs implemented by the Ministry of Health and Sports of the province.
As explained by the government, this percentage represents an important contribution and a boost to strengthen the actions carried out in the Mental Health Directorate and will begin to be implemented from the fiscal year 2025.
