The global omni-channel platform provider TG Lab announced the strategic acquisition of the Brazil-based gaming software provider SysGaming. The decision aligns with TG Lab's strategic ambition to strengthen its presence in Latin America, with the company already operating in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Paraguay, and Peru. The agreement foresees the expansion of delivery in LatAm for Stake.com and other major operators.

The acquisition of SysGaming will enable TG Lab to continue delivering personalized and localized real-time experiences to partners in Latin America in Spanish and Portuguese.

Serving major operators worldwide - which also includes big brands like Stake, Betsson, and the Belgian National Lottery - TG Lab's omni-channel platform offers a full-stack solution with a flexible set of modules for betting houses and casinos to boost their gaming operations across various markets.

By strengthening its development of localized games and platform expertise for Latin America, TG Lab's partners will gain access to a wealth of native content spanning sports betting and iGaming verticals, specialized for the region.

With a team and office located in Foz do Iguaçu, in the southernmost state of Brazil, Paraná, SysGaming already has a presence in Brazil, Paraguay, and Argentina, with the provider boosting major local operators, including the Paraguayan state monopoly Aposta.la and the Argentine Playcet. Both brands are expected to migrate to the TG Lab platform in due time.

The team of nearly 30 development experts from SysGaming will also join TG Lab, bringing with them their vast experience in quality platform development.

The integration of SysGaming's range of games and platform development features into TG Lab's proprietary platform will begin immediately, making SysGaming's complete list of innovative content available to TG Lab's partners.

This will include SysGaming's slot studio and collision games, giving TG LAB the opportunity to bring game design resources in-house and develop personalized and localized games for partners.

Commenting on the acquisition, CEO of TG Lab, Ugnius Simelionis, said: “We see this move as the beginning of establishing our leadership credentials in Latin America. We already have partnerships with some of the biggest brands in the market and are very excited to welcome the SysGaming team into the TG Lab group."

SysGaming has established a strong reputation in Latin America for exceptional quality development, their localized games, and impressive aggregator - all factors that made them a 'perfect fit' for the TG Lab ecosystem. Their innovative approach to game design and platform development is admirable and has undoubtedly allowed them to build a solid presence in the region."

We are very much looking forward to leveraging each other's strengths. With their knowledge and experience, we can now offer operators in Latin America the best localized service on the market. As we continue to grow together over the next 12 months, we have big plans to expand our team in Latin America and solidify our position as an industry leader. Stay tuned for many more major developments soon!”
