BetBlocker, an initiative that provides a free, anonymous, accessible, and robust blocking tool that empowers users to control their gambling behavior, has been named the charity partner of Clarion Gaming for 2024/25. The award will cover the first editions of ICE and iGB Affiliate to be held in Barcelona, as well as iGB L!VE, for the first time at ExCeL London in July 2025.

Focusing on how BetBlocker plans to activate its presence, Pedro Romero explained: “At the three leading industry events, we intend to host engaging sessions on safer gambling to highlight the role of BetBlocker and its impact, demonstrate the functionality and effectiveness of the tool through live demonstrations at our booth, and facilitate networking opportunities with stakeholders to explore collaborations and funding opportunities.
“Throughout the year, we will leverage the visibility and connections resulting from this partnership to expand global awareness campaigns, develop educational materials and initiatives targeted at operators, affiliates, and players, and enhance our technology to ensure that BetBlocker remains at the forefront of player protection innovation”.
The 2025 editions of ICE and iGB Affiliate will welcome around 55,000 gambling industry professionals from around the world. With 120,000 square meters of space compared to the 100,000 m² of ICE 2024, Fira Gran Via Barcelona will host the industry's top lineup of exhibitors, including the largest and most respected innovative brands from all sectors of gambling.
Major trade associations, strategic bodies, regulators, CEOs of tier 1 operators, and game creators from the industry will be in Barcelona in record numbers, highlighting the event's reputation as the "Davos of gambling".
