Account nurturing involves a series of preparatory actions on an account before using Facebook for advertising campaigns or marketing promotions. Proper account nurturing can make Facebook's algorithm consider your account as a normal, trustworthy user, thereby extending the lifespan of the account.
1. Account Registration
First, register a personal Facebook account, preparing some information beforehand: identity information (preferably real), an email (Gmail recommended), and a real-life photo (not of celebrities).
To create a Facebook public account, you need at least 25 followers, which is not possible with a new account, hence the need for Facebook account nurturing. Additionally, not updating or operating the account for a long time can lead to its deletion by Facebook.
After completing the above steps, you can open a Facebook advertising account and register a Business Manager platform. A Business Manager account can add multiple administrators and manage multiple Facebook advertising accounts and public pages.
2. Network Environment
Recommendation: Use one IP for one FB account. To reduce the risk of account suspension, use a fixed IP and avoid frequently changing IP addresses.
Not recommended: Registering multiple FB accounts or nurturing multiple FB accounts on the same IP address. Although cost considerations might lead to using one IP for multiple FB accounts, this increases the risk of account suspension.
3. Login Devices
It is advised to use different devices to log into Facebook accounts, each FB account should be paired with a different IP, keeping each account's device and network environment isolated and unrelated.
4. Account Nurturing Process
The purpose of account nurturing is to have the system recognize the account as a real person's account, not a zombie account.
1. Clear browser history (if the account has been suspended on this browser before).
2. On the first day, try not to perform any operations (except uploading a profile picture and filling out personal information).
3. On the second day, you can follow a page you are interested in and comment or like posts (comment appropriately).
4. Keep the account online for a long time, even if not operating it (this is a plus).
5. After following some pages, Facebook will push related posts, at which point you can naturally participate in interactions.
6. Occasionally post about daily life, moods, or share posts (avoid posting advertisements).
7. Enable two-factor authentication (using a verifier is sufficient).
8. If you start receiving advertisements pushed by Facebook, it indicates that the account has been recognized by the system as a real user.
