A Vaidebet, a brand of the BPX Group, was the winner of the Reclame AQUI 2024 Award as the best company in the iGaming sector in the 'Large Operations' category. With 25.3% of the votes, the bet became the champion among ten nominees on the night of this Tuesday (10). The group and its three houses (Vaidebet, Obabet, and BetPix365) are listed in the national and state lists of the Ministry of Finance, authorized to offer fixed quota bets.
"Years of hard work and the development of an internalized team dedicated to meeting all the needs of our brands. This recognition from Vaidebet is very important for everyone who works daily for the brand and also for our thousands of customers", stated Matheus Rocha, COO of the BPX Group.
During the year 2024, the BPX Group promoted internal events and training sessions focused on customer service, with the aim of instructing best practices to its employees and further improving the consumer experience.
The focus is also on anticipating and adapting internal processes to the Federal Government's regulations for regulated operation. Previously, Vaidebet had already received the RA1000 seal from Reclame AQUI, which certifies the commitment of companies to resolve issues, doubts, and customer service.
The BPX Group also made a license application for operation in Brazil in August this year to the Betting Management System (Sigap) of the Secretariat of Prizes and Bets of the Ministry of Finance.
The group and its three brands (Vaidebet, Obabet, and BetPix365) are currently listed in the national and state lists of the Ministry of Finance, authorized to offer fixed quota bets.
