Indiana’s sportsbooks brought in a record-breaking handle in November, with bettors wagering more than $614 million during the month, which is 14.2 percent higher than the previous record of $538 million set in October, the Indiana Gaming Commission has reported, while casino revenues were more than $186 million, an 8 percent year-over-year increase from last November.

After payouts, sportsbooks collected almost $69 million in revenue, meaning the hold was around 11 percent. This total is almost double the $35 million collected in October. Last November, revenue was $31 million from a $514 million handle.

Blue Chip Casino, which operates the FanDuel online sportsbook, reported the highest monthly handle of $215 million, marking an increase of around 19.6 percent from October. The operator overtook the previous leader, DraftKings, which operates through a partnership with Ameristar Casino. Ameristar reported a nearly $207 million handle, 6.3 percent higher than its October total.

Horseshoe Hammond saw the most significant month-over-month handle increase of 41 percent.
