Two foreigners were detained for not having the corresponding documentation.
Chile.- The Investigation Police (PDI) carried out an inspection in an illegal casino operating in the center of Concepción, in the Bío Bío region, Chile. During the intervention, two Chinese citizens were detained and later informed about their irregular situation in the country.
The mayor of Concepción, Héctor Muñoz, reported that a few days ago, officials from the Finance Directorate inspected a premises on Rengo Street, where they found these two foreign individuals, who had difficulties communicating.
Both were summoned to the Local Police Court because the premises did not have a commercial license. Subsequently, a closure decree was issued and it was coordinated with the PDI's Migration unit, which conducted an operation at the site on Tuesday. As a result, the two individuals were detained for not having the corresponding documentation, and the establishment was closed down.

The mayor warned that if the premises were to reopen, a new inspection would be carried out, the corresponding summonses would be issued, and the records would be sent to the Legal Directorate to file a lawsuit for violation of the closure seal.
