As the 2024 World Series of Poker (WSOP) Paradise concludes before the holidays, WSOP organizers have released the official "hold dates" for next year's Las Vegas series.
The 2025 WSOP will be held from May 27 to July 16, with the main event taking place from July 2 to July 16. WSOP will be held for the fourth consecutive year at the Horseshoe Casino Hotel and Paris Casino Hotel in Las Vegas.
Jack Effel, Senior Vice President of Poker Operations at Caesars Entertainment and the World Series of Poker, said: "As the calendar turns to 2025, we look forward to inviting the global poker community back to the iconic Las Vegas Strip to participate in the 56th WSOP."
"Based on last year's victories and familiar faces winning WSOP bracelets, we are excited to see who will pass the ultimate test of poker on the game's most iconic stage, expanding their legacy or becoming a new legend."
"Every year we are able to further refine and enhance the level of WSOP, and 2025 will be no exception," said Ty Stewart, CEO of WSOP.
"We will once again welcome tens of thousands of poker enthusiasts eager to experience the magic of WSOP, where the world's grandest poker events, most thrilling actions, and fiercest competitions will take place."
The complete event schedule is expected to be announced early next year. According to a press release from WSOP organizers: "Fan-favorite events including the Mystery Millionaire Contest, Millionaire Maker, and High Roller Championships will return to the schedule along with some new, exciting tournament formats."
