The executive highlights that, in 2024, they have solidified the robustness of their platform, worked together with lots of operators, and expanded into new geographies. What do you expect from this edition of the ICE Barcelona fair with the change of scenery and the new features?
Firstly, Barcelona is a beautiful city with so much history, culture and amazing architecture. I love it! When it comes to ICE, I am personally expecting some fantastic interactions and networking opportunities. With the whole Brexit situation, I believe it has deterred (or prohibited) people from attending/gaining access to the UK. Holding it in Spain, not only makes it easier for people to attend (less visa restrictions), but it also entices more LatAm based professionals to be there. This can truly open the door for more in-depth conversations regarding the growth potential in LatAm. Let’s not forget, the weather is much warmer compared to London.
What innovative technology will you be presenting at this trade show?
WiseGaming made fantastic strides in 2024 from solidifying the robustness of our platform to successfully migrating a 15-year running, Tier 1, operator onto our platform (in record time). The show gives us the opportunity to highlight the achievements of 2024 and promote our innovations for 2025, which you don’t want to miss (we don’t want to give out all our secrets just yet, so come by our stand 4D30 to find out more!).
How can you bring a positive impact to your partners through your solutions and your strategy of being aligned with their business goals?
Our team is made up of extremely knowledgeable iGaming individuals. If I recall correctly, we average approximately eight years of iGaming knowledge per employee, which is incredible! This is a key attribute that we bring to the table when providing direction to our partners. We know that every operator, provider and tech partner will have been constantly doing market research, internal workshops to present the “next big idea” during 2024, and WiseGaming is no different. However, we don’t do this by ourselves. Our focus is bringing our knowledge and expertise, in conjunction with our partners, and aligning our end goals so we achieve a Win-Win result. Our ultimate goal is to do and provide everything necessary for our partners to succeed.
The industry is showing great dynamism, both with regulations in Europe and in the new markets in LatAm that are developing strong activity, such as Brazil, Chile and Peru. What opportunities do Europe and LatAm offer for your company?
This is a fantastic question! I touched on this in my last interview and I still believe that the regulation on these markets will continue. What this is doing is building a safer environment for players, therefore instilling trust in the industry. Our goal, as an industry, is to engage more players, maintaining stability and ultimately safety and sustainability. For WiseGaming, these are our foundation markets. We will continue to expand our knowledge and experience, provide a Best-in-Class solution for our clients whilst growing our associations across both these dominant continents.

Our effort and commitment in 2024 were incredible! This was not just for us, but also for our partners.
