The provider's titles will be available on the operator's platform in Ontario.
Press release.- Play’n GO announced further expansion of its Canadian operations through a partnership with the operator PointsBet in the province of Ontario.
The titles of the gaming giant founded in Sweden will now be available to PointsBet players in the Canadian province. Classic games such as "Book of Dead", "Rich Wilde and the Tome of Madness", and "Reactoonz" will be available on the PointsBet platform.
The province of Ontario regulated online casino games in 2022, allowing Play’n GO to enter the Canadian market for the first time. The company expanded to the province of Quebec earlier this year and, as of June 2024, is also a member of the Canadian Gaming Association.
Magnus Olsson, Chief Commercial Officer of Play’n GO, commented: "In 2022, I said that 'North America is at the top of Play’n GO's priority list and Ontario is just the first step we plan to take'. This partnership with PointsBet shows that we still have to keep our foot on the accelerator. We have proudly seen how our games have become instant hits in our two and a half years in the Ontario region, and we have no plans to slow down in the short term."
He added: "It is exciting to partner with a member of the Canadian Gaming Association at PointsBet, and we can confidently say that we are working towards the same goal of a safe and regulated industry that focuses on player entertainment. We look forward to working closely after this historic announcement."

The donation was made within the framework of ICE Barcelona, and represents significant support for the initiative.
Spain.- The Sustainable Gaming Platform and its initiative Project FES, a campaign for the prevention of behavioral addictions in adolescents, have been selected as beneficiaries of a donation of EUR10,000 by ICE Barcelona, the key event that brings together the most important players in the industry.
According to the association, this financial support will contribute to the development and deployment of their programs in Catalonia, reaffirming their commitment to social responsibility and sustainability.
The donation is part of a total collection of EUR65,000 generated thanks to several leading companies in the sector, including Flutter, Acordjoc, Novomatic, Grupo Orenes, and Cirsa, as well as notable donors such as Playtech, Betsson Group, and Alea. These funds are primarily aimed at benefiting non-profit organizations that work in addiction prevention and the promotion of positive values.

On the other hand, FES DISability is a program for the prevention of behavioral addictions for the group of adults with disabilities, with the aim of promoting healthy leisure and proper use of new technologies.
Finally, the initiative FES INTegrity is a campaign aimed at promoting honesty and ethics in the sports field, through advocacy, awareness, and promotion of integrity in sports.
After receiving the donation, Cristina García, spokesperson for the Sustainable Gaming Platform, said: "The donation from ICE and the support of companies in the sector reinforce the commitment of the PJS and the FES project to build a sustainable gaming model, focused on education, prevention, and inclusion. This support allows us to continue working for a positive impact in Catalonia, contributing to the well-being of local communities and the development of a responsible gaming sector."
