March may have just started, but 2025 is already a busy year for Habanero, which has recently obtained a Greek license and Brazilian regulatory certification in the past few weeks.
Now, this iGaming content provider is expanding its global influence by obtaining a license in Denmark, meaning its full suite of games has been certified in Denmark. This includes games such as Jump, Totem Towers, and Hyper Hues.
Habanero states that the Danish market represents a great opportunity, having achieved steady growth over the past decade, with revenue increasing by 6.9% in 2024 alone. Looking ahead, as the market continues to mature, online gambling revenue in Denmark is expected to exceed $1.35 billion by 2029.
Arcangelo Lonoce, Head of Business Development at Habanero, explained: "We are thrilled to receive our third license this year, this time in Denmark. The Danish market continues to evolve in Europe, and we believe our diverse portfolio of games will continue to be welcomed by Denmark's ever-changing player base."
So far, Habanero has been certified in 24 markets, and with this latest license, the iGaming provider shows no signs of slowing down.
