The Secretary of Awards and Betting (SPA) of the Ministry of Finance published this Tuesday (11), ordinances authorizing 12 more companies to operate 30 sports betting and online gaming sites permanently in Brazil until December 31, 2029. The list includes Blaze, Betwarrior, Brazino777, and Betfast, among others.
Signed by the Secretary of Awards and Betting, Regis Dudena, the ordinances define:
THE SECRETARY OF AWARDS AND BETTING OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE, in the exercise of the powers conferred on him by art. 55, clause I, of Annex I of Decree No. 11.907, dated January 30, 2024, and in view of the provisions of Law No. 13.756, dated December 12, 2018, and Law No. 14.790, dated December 29, 2023, resolves:
Art. 1º Authorize the following legal entity to explore the lottery modality of fixed quota betting, under the terms of Laws No. 13.756, dated December 12, 2018, and No. 14.790, dated December 29, 2023, of the Ordinances issued by the Secretary of Awards and Betting and based on the information contained in the SIGAP process No. XXX/2024:
