The Brazilian Federation of Lottery Companies (Febralot) met with the president of Caixa, Carlos Vieira, to discuss the future of lottery outlets in Brazil. The entity, which represents more than 13 entrepreneurs, points out that "it was an essential meeting for the future of our network, guided by the studies of Febralot, which were conducted by our consultant Evaldo Bazeggio and outline strategic paths for the sector.
Among the main points of the meeting, with a focus on "long-term planning", Febralot highlights:
* Transformation of the business model to ensure sustainability and growth;
* Full digital inclusion, strengthening the modernization of lottery outlets;
* Adoption of all Pix modalities, expanding convenience and efficiency in services;
* New strategies to increase network revenue, ensuring more profitability for lottery operators;
* Customer loyalty, creating a closer and continuous relationship.
In addition to strategic planning, Febralot dedicated significant time to address two immediate challenges:
* Quotas for the commercialization of instant lottery – a crucial point for the operation's balance;
* Functioning of the marketplace, seeking adjustments that make the platform more effective for lottery operators.
