Operator bet365 announces the launch of sports betting in both Tennessee and Illinois, thereby expanding its total influence in the US market to 13 states.
In Tennessee, bet365 enters the state's online sports betting market as an independent operator, with the Volunteer State becoming the 12th jurisdiction in the company's expanding US portfolio.
As a result, new customers and eligible customers over the age of 21 in Tennessee can now register to access the platform's betting features.
A spokesperson for bet365 commented on the Tennessee launch, saying: "Tennessee's passionate sports fans have an insatiable appetite, and we are thrilled to offer them a wealth of offers, promotions, and more."
Meanwhile, bet365 enters Illinois through a partnership with Walker's Bluff Casino Resort, marking its 13th state of operation.
Bettors in Illinois can register online or place live bets at the resort's Draft Day Sports Lounge and other facility outlets via the bet365 mobile app.
The bet365 spokesperson again commented on this launch, stating: "Championship teams, iconic athletes, and passionate fans define Illinois's 'extraordinary' sports culture. Now, new and eligible players from Chicago, Springfield, and all over the Prairie State can join the bet365 experience."
Both states have launched welcome promotions for new customers, including a "Bet $5, Get $150 in Bonus Bets" offer, regardless of the outcome of the bet.
Each market also includes a state-specific "Super Boost" promotion—customers in Tennessee can get enhanced odds of +100 for Tennessee winning its first March Madness game (maximum stake $50), while bettors in Illinois can get +100 odds for scoring 1 point in the first tournament game on March 20 (maximum stake $50).
Previously, bet365 and Incentive Games had just relaunched the 2025 NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament "Bracket Challenge," which offers participants the chance to win up to $10 million for a perfect bracket.
