BGaming announces that after obtaining approval from the International Gaming Laboratory (GLI), the company is now qualified to launch games in Italy. This certification covers the first batch of games and systems required for the regulated market, with more games expected to be approved in the future.
This approval means that BGaming can now offer its content to licensed Italian operators, thus opening up a new audience in one of Europe's more mature iGaming markets.
The company has also obtained specific Information Security Management System (ISMS) certification for Italy and has completed a cybersecurity audit by Bulletproof, both of which enhance its compliance qualifications.
Italy has been on BGaming's radar for some time, and just recently, the provider also received similar approval in Brazil. All signs indicate that BGaming will implement a steady expansion strategy by 2025.
Antonina Ivanova, BGaming's Head of Legal and Compliance, stated: "Obtaining certification for the Italian market is of great significance to us. The process was not easy, but our team worked together and finally completed the task. We are fully compliant and ready to launch. Italian players are enthusiastic, and we are excited to finally bring our games to them."
Currently, all procedures have been completed, and BGaming expects to start collaborating with local operators in the coming months, continuing to maintain strong growth momentum in European and international markets.
