Communication Center Product Manager Viktoriia Yefimenko has launched a new platform aimed at helping iGaming operators optimize customer communications.
In the rapidly changing online gaming industry, user attention is fleeting, and any delay in messaging can lead to losses.
Yefimenko points out that many platforms' customer communication systems are built on fragile foundations, with fragmented integrations, expensive contracts, and isolated suppliers, making any interruption or delay likely to result in lost deposits, missed promotions, or even customer churn. She emphasizes that this is not just a technical issue, but a business risk.
Over the past few years, iGaming brands have continuously pushed forward with marketing innovations such as real-time personalization, gamified loyalty, and hyper-localized offers, but the underlying messaging infrastructure has not kept pace. Many communication stacks rely on outdated systems, with integrations taking weeks or even months, manual routing of SMS and flash calls, fragmented analytical data, and uncontrollable costs.
In response to this issue, the Communication Center has designed CommsHub—a comprehensive platform that integrates SMS, flash calls, alphanumeric name registration, and intelligent routing. Yefimenko states, "Our goal is to create a simple, reliable, and always available product that you can fully trust with just one integration."
With CommsHub, the onboarding time for new suppliers can be reduced from an average of 30-45 days to just 14 days. The platform can automatically switch fault traffic, directly output real-time analytics, and provide unprecedented granularity control, such as area code routing and sender ID selection.
Yefimenko emphasizes that the platform is particularly suitable for high-pressure scenarios, such as sports betting derbies or high-stakes bonus events, ensuring that every message is delivered smoothly. She notes, "Customers want a partner who understands the realities of their business, one that is flexible yet robust, transparent yet effortless."
Although initially focused on iGaming, CommsHub's solutions are also applicable to affiliate marketing, e-commerce, fintech, and other performance-driven industries. Yefimenko concludes, "We want to make messaging meaningful again, making communication seamless, scalable, and intelligent, rather than a makeshift patchwork."
The Communication Center team will showcase CommsHub at the SBC Summit in Lisbon in September, allowing interested operators to get an early look at the platform's features and benefits.
