Philippine-listed company DigiPlus Interactive Corp announced that it will launch its first international online gaming platform, GamePlus, in Brazil on September 22. This marks the company's first major overseas expansion and further consolidates its leadership in the global gaming and online gaming industry.
DigiPlus is known in the Philippine domestic market for products such as BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, and GameZone. The company stated that entering "Latin America's fastest-growing iGaming market" is an important step in its global expansion strategy and believes that Brazil's strict regulatory system provides the company with opportunities for differentiated competition through transparent operations and player protection.
DigiPlus Chairman Eusebio Tanco expressed "incredible excitement" about the launch of the first brand in Brazil in September. He pointed out that this layout stems from the company's global mindset, close team collaboration, and a firm commitment to responsible gaming operations. Tanco emphasized that GamePlus is not just a gaming platform, but also a new standard for safe digital entertainment in the Pasa market.
Brazil's General Manager Graham Tidey revealed that the GamePlus platform will offer over 150 popular local games in Brazil, including free-to-play and real money modes, and plans to add exclusive content based on local folklore, casual games, and sports events to enhance the local cultural experience. The company plans to launch BingoPlus as the second platform in 2026 and has already included South Africa in its future expansion targets.
According to DigiPlus's financial report, the company's net profit for the first half of 2025 reached 8.4 billion Philippine pesos (approximately $146.9 million), with revenue increasing by 46.7% year-on-year to nearly 47.8 billion Philippine pesos.
