FDJ completes the acquisition of Kindred Group ahead of schedule

After obtaining all necessary regulatory approvals, La Française des Jeux (FDJ) has moved forward the acceptance period deadline for its offer on Kindred to October 2nd.On January 22, 2024, FDJ announced a public offer to the holders of Swedish Depository Receipts (SDR) of Kindred Group plc, proposi
