A Bitcoin merchant, a second-hand seller who is a Korean businessman, was kidnapped in Makati and rescued in Batangas.

A 40-year-old Korean man engaged in Bitcoin trading was rescued in Barangay Mayasang, having reportedly been kidnapped by the buyer of his sports car in Makati City a few days earlier. The victim was confirmed to be Taehwa Kim.Investigations revealed that the victim met JC, a potential buyer for his
