A bipartisan group of lawmakers are all in on a proposal to raise video gambling limits and winnings in Montana for the first time since 1987.Senate Bill 153, sponsored by State Sen. Wylie Galt (R-Martinsdale) had its first hearing Friday morning in the chambers committee on Business, Labor, and Eco
