CRM and artificial intelligence cloud solutions provider Symplify has struck a new partnership with Playbook.MT.
Playbook.MT delivers CRM services across a range of platforms as well as consultation on areas such as strategy, execution and analysis.
The company will make use of Symplify’s CRM, data hub and communication channels to assist its support for start-ups.
Playbook.MT will employ Symplify’s Campaign and Journey Builder modules alongside full site conversion testing to help partners create customised and AI-optimised player experiences.
Symplify’s head of sales, Christoffer Feldt-Sørensen, said Playbook.MT will be able to “heighten igaming experiences” for its clients.
