Brazil.- The Government of the State of Paraná, through State Lotteries of Paraná (Lottopar), is promoting the "Responsible Gaming" campaign in November, with the goal of promoting this practice among bettors. The educational actions, broadcasted on radio, digital media, and also on bus screens and terminals, reinforce that betting is for entertainment, and not a form of investment or a source of income.
The main message of the campaign is that everyone who plays should do so for fun, knowing their financial limits and when to stop, without compromising their income. With the message "Those who know how to play don't lose", the action emphasizes the importance of setting limits on time and money to be spent on bets and seeing them as a game, in which one can win, but also lose.
"We are launching another educational action on responsible gaming. With the slogan 'Those who know how to play don't get lost – Play for fun and within your economic limits', we aim to raise awareness that gaming is entertainment and fun and should never be seen as a way to recover economic losses or get rich", stated the general director of Lottopar, Daniel Romanowski.
