BC.Game has issued a statement regarding its ongoing legal dispute in Curaçao, announcing that it will appeal the judgment against the organization.

Earlier this week, reports indicated that Blockdance BV and Small House BV, which operate Curaçao's BC.Game, had declared bankruptcy.

The company now states that it has been involved in legal actions initiated by some players who claim system issues caused user losses, which BC.Game vehemently denies, revealing that its own investigations found inconsistencies in these cases.

The company has informed stakeholders that there are no issues with its liquidity or financial stability, and that its legal cases are administrative and not related to bankruptcy.

The management team of BC.Game stated: "We strongly oppose the recent court decision and will vigorously appeal, as we believe the decision failed to take into account key facts.

"BC.Game is confident in our ability to demonstrate compliance and maintain our reputation as a legitimate operator in the industry."

The company further stated: "We are evaluating the strongest options to ensure the company's ongoing operations and strict adherence to industry standards. Trust and satisfaction of our users are our top priorities."

Leicester City Football Club reached a major partnership agreement with this online gaming platform this summer, and the club has also issued a statement on the matter.

It is worth noting: BC.Game obtained the license of the Curaçao LOK framework in April.

A club spokesperson stated: "We have been in regular discussions with BC.Game about a legal case in Curaçao. BC.Game has provided the club with the strongest assurances that they are actively appealing and that the proceedings initiated in Curaçao are administrative in nature and not due to concerns about their financial condition.

"BC.Game further assured us that they have no liquidity issues, they remain fully committed to fulfilling their ongoing contractual and financial obligations, including obligations to the club, and that this case will not affect BC.Game's ongoing international operations."

In other legal news today, IGT disclosed that it is investigating a cybersecurity vulnerability affecting some of its internal IT systems.
