Focusing on being one of the leading sports betting and online gaming houses in Brazil, JetBet is undergoing a major rebranding process after its approval by the Secretariat of Prizes and Bets. According to CEO Henrique Moraes Silva, "we have met all the requirements, including advertising and the end of bonuses, and now we are preparing to be the bet of the fans and the people."
Games Magazine Brazil - JetBet was one of the companies that appeared on the first list of those authorized to operate sports betting and online games in Brazil provisionally. How was that moment and how are you preparing for the regulated operation starting January 2025?

Look, there is great expectation. JetBet, as you mentioned, is on the first list of the Betting Management System (Sigap) and we are very excited, adjusting the marketing part and doing everything right to, from January, work to be one of the market leaders.
Was it a difficult process to get this first approval?
Yes, it was a difficult and confusing process at the beginning, but now we are starting to adapt, especially in terms of marketing. That was what I found most complicated to adapt, thanks to some determinations of the National Council of Self-Regulation in Advertising (Conar) and also what appeared about the prohibition of bonuses. But we are managing to adapt in relation to all this.
And are all the certifications already properly adapted?
Who certifies for JetBet is Weebet, our platform partner, as well as Tropicalize, who is also with us. That is, the platform is ready for the start of the regulated operation.
What are your expectations regarding this? How will it be from January 2025?
Promoting legal gambling and fun, I think everything will go well and the government will accept it well. I believe that, in my view, the government has some concerns about this, but I believe everything will be fine.
From the point of view of offering bonuses, have you already curbed all that within the platform to adapt?
Yes, we have made all the necessary adjustments. Now, JetBet is undergoing a rebranding. We are focusing on this to reinforce the presence and recognition of our brand, working for fun, for diversity and we will also focus on social actions, which we find very important.
What are the differentials of JetBet in relation to other operators in the Brazilian market?
I believe that our biggest differential is being in the middle of the fans. We are from the crowd, JetBet is from the people, and that is where we want to be.
Is this the trademark of JetBet?
Exactly, on the side of the fans, on the side of the people.
