The event will take place on December 15th in the city of Buenos Aires.
Argentina.- The Hipódromo de Palermo will celebrate A Day at the Races and the Provincial Summer Meetings on December 15th. During the day, the races Special Provincial Meeting – 1000 meters, Special Luis Bonetto – 1400 meters, and the Special United Provinces – 1800 meters will be held.
The winner of the Provincial Meeting will take AR$5,600,000 (USD5370), the Special Luis Bonetto AR$5,800,0000 (USD5560), while the United Provinces will award the first place AR$6,100,000 (USD5850). The three Specials will have a bonus of AR$120,000 (USD115) from sixth to tenth place. The racetrack has announced that registration to participate in the races is open until Monday, December 9th at 12pm.

Furthermore, the horses that place in the top positions will be able to participate in the «Special Super Provincial Meeting – The Finalissima del Interior», which will take place on Saturday, January 18th, 2025 at the racetrack in the city of Buenos Aires.
On the other hand, since October 4th, the Hipódromo de Palermo has implemented a new prize scale. The last increase was on September 13th, averaging an accumulated increase of more than 200 percent this year.
As part of a «comprehensive plan for enhancement», with an investment that reached AR$1.600 m (USD1.454.545 ) and on the 142nd anniversary of the foundation of La Plata, new building renovations were inaugurated at the Hipódromo de La Plata.
Within the framework of the 142nd Gran Premio Internacional Dardo Rocha, the governor of the province of Buenos Aires, Axel Kicillof, was in charge of inaugurating this work aimed at improving the La Plata racetrack circuit.
