NGX has successfully completed a triple certification, which includes the Brazilian Federal Certification, positioning itself as a key player in the regulated market of sports betting and online gaming in Brazil. The company will be ready to start operations in 2025, meeting the highest standards of security and regulatory compliance.
In a context where Brazil is advancing in the structuring of its online gaming and sports betting market, NGX takes a significant step by meeting all the requirements stipulated in the Portaria SPA/MF nº 722 of May 2024. This regulation establishes the technical and security standards that betting systems and online gaming platforms of regulated operators must meet, in accordance with laws Nº 13.756/2018 and Nº 14.790/2023.
The triple certification achieved by NGX includes:
- Brazilian Federal Certification,
- GLI 19, which covers technical standards for sports betting, and
- GLI 33, focused on event management and betting systems.
Furthermore, the company successfully completed the integration with the Betting Management System (Sigap), consolidating itself as a strategic partner for operators wishing to enter the Brazilian market under full compliance with regulations.
Commitment to technical excellence and security
Alexandre Tauszig, commercial director of NGX, expressed his satisfaction with this achievement: “This has been a hard and meticulous work that involved our entire technical team. We are proud to have met all the procedures within the required timeframe. Our clients can trust that they will start 2025 with a fully certified platform ready to operate under the new regulations”.
The certifications obtained not only reflect NGX's commitment to quality and security but also reinforce its strategy for expansion into new markets. With a modern platform tailored to the needs of operators, NGX seeks to lead the fixed-odds betting market with innovative and reliable solutions.
