As an executive who has received multiple awards, what leadership principles or practices have been most instrumental in your success? What advice would you give to aspiring leaders in the iGaming industry?
I think that the main advice I can give is to work hard, always move forward, and gather around with a team of professionals who are focused on results. As for the principles of building a business, it is important to have a strong system of values that affects all the processes of the company. In our case, the corporate value system is the foundation for both routine processes and big strategic decisions. In essence, they reflect the way PIN-UP Global lives and interacts with employees and partners: to be the first to lead, to be an expert in your domain, to be a partner in teamwork, to be focused on the result, to be open and honest in communication. I think every business needs its guidelines on which the work is based.
The firm specializes in advanced technologies and innovative B2B solutions. Can you share some examples of recent innovations that have set the company apart from its competitors?
Many years of experience in creating, running and scaling iGaming business have allowed us to become experts in this niche and those who find a solution for every request from B2B clients, because we have already gone through and implemented all this in PIN-UP. At each stage of the holding company formation, we studied the market, just like everyone else. We felt the need for quickly integrated, customizable products and technological solutions that would work in synergy and cover all business needs in iGaming. As a result, we created our own ecosystem of products, including Core Product Platform, Cash Desk, Affiliate & Traffic Generation Tool, Marketing & Segmentation Tool, CRM & Customer Support Tool, Anti-Fraud Tool and Communication Hub Tool. Thus, PIN-UP Global has become a provider of products that cover all the needs of B2B clients in iGaming: from CRM systems and call center software to anti-fraud solutions and payment orchestration. In this sense, PIN-UP developments are created with a deep understanding of what customer problems they are designed to solve. Therefore, in order to guarantee our partners the desired and, what is important, predictable results, we use innovative technologies in combination with traditional solutions.
PIN-UP Global was recognized as the ‘Best Workplace’ at a recent event. What strategies or values have been central to creating such an appealing work environment?
Receiving the ‘Best Workplace 2024’ award confirms that we are moving in the right direction, creating new trends and providing growth opportunities for true professionals within our holding. A little supporting statistic: 60% of our top managers came from lower positions and developed within PIN-UP. All our work, including hiring new specialists, is based on the value system of our holding: leadership, professionalism, result orientation, teamwork, and open communication. We are constantly growing, which means that there are always opportunities to try new roles. Openness and directness of communication allow employees to understand their areas of development. We have very competitive salaries, an extended social package, and the possibility of relocation. All this contributes to attracting and retaining the best specialists. In addition, we pay special attention to corporate training. For us, it is not an addition to the main business processes, but one of the pillars on which the success of PIN-UP is built. In our holding company, we have made training part of our strategic agenda.
With the iGaming industry evolving rapidly, what challenges do you foresee, and how are you preparing to address them?
Among the key challenges I see are the complex regulatory environment in different countries, which requires flexibility and strict compliance with legislation. Also, to remain a market leader, it is important to constantly innovate and deeply understand customer expectations. PIN-UP Global is ready for these challenges as we invest in cutting-edge technology, develop a culture of innovation in our teams, and build strong systems for regulatory compliance. Our transition to a B2B holding company has allowed us to diversify our portfolio and focus on building sustainable and scalable solutions that strengthen our partners and help us stay at the forefront of the industry.
What are the primary goals for PIN-UP Global in 2025, and how do you plan to continue scaling the business?
We have recently completed restructuring into iGaming-holding. This structure will ensure transparency of operations, allow us to license B2B direction and certify our own products in different markets. This process was aimed at growing the business with a focus on technology, B2B solutions, and innovation in product development for iGaming. In this regard, we have a lot of plans. Now, we are preparing to present new technological solutions to the market, which will not only help other players in the industry, but also, hopefully, increase competition and stimulate the market for development.
