BetMGM has consolidated its BetMGM Reward Points into a single account, streamlining access to digital bonuses, MGM Rewards Points, Marriott Bonvoy Points and more into a single, digital wallet across the US.
The combined customer loyalty program is part of the operator’s recent switch of its sports betting app in Nevada to a single, digital wallet. This allows players in the Silver State to wager in the state and then carry their funds to other US markets where BetMGM is available.
Now, the operator’s customers can do the same with the streamlined BetMGM Rewards system. BetMGM Rewards Points and Tier Credits can be earned by players when they play at BetMGM Sportsbook, BetMGM Casino and BetMGM Poker.
“We are committed to streamlining the loyalty experience for our players so they can enjoy the rewards they earn wherever they are in the US,” commented Adam Greenblatt, CEO of BetMGM.
“The BetMGM Rewards Program showcases our key differentiators – omnichannel play, the iconic hospitality and MGM Resorts International’s entertainment, and partnerships including our alliance with Marriott Bonvoy.
“With every bet at the sportsbook and spin of the slot you are earning rewards that can be used online or in-person.”
BetMGM Rewards Points now travel with players in all single account markets in the US, but Puerto Rico and the Canadian province of Ontario are not included. A player’s BetMGM Reward Points balance consolidates into one balance when they create an account in a new location.
BetMGM Reward Points earned through play can be redeemed in the Rewards Store and used for odds boosts and gametime credits, but they can also be redeemed at MGM Resorts International destinations to be exchanged for Marriott Bonvoy Points and more.
In October, MGM Resorts reported that the Q3 revenue from BetMGM operations increased by nearly 20% when compared to the same period last year.
