According to the report from the Cabanatuan City Police Department, the victim, Qi Shaohan, 35 years old, married, and owner of a Taiwanese flavor restaurant in Banga Tianmiao, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija, died on the spot due to gunshot wounds.
The incident occurred around 8:38 PM at Kampo Crame, while the victim was having dinner.
It is reported that the unidentified suspect entered while the victim was with some friends and fired several shots at him.
After confirming the victim was dead, the suspect quickly fled the scene on a motorcycle. Authorities are still investigating the motive behind the crime.
