The ONCE Social Group's booth has once again been one of the most visited at the Community of Madrid Job Fair, and also one of the most successful: We have collected a total of 1,365 CVs (1,200 in paper) from people with disabilities who want to incorporate their talent into a position within the ONCE Social Group.
In this edition, held on November 11 and 12 at La Nave (Madrid), the ONCE Social Group and Inserta were present with a total of 80 job offers published and more than 300 positions offered. Visitors, in addition to handing in their CVs in person, also applied for the offers published on the fair's website, with a total of 113 applications sent to offers from the ONCE Social Group and 50 from Inserta.
In this way, the ONCE Social Group continues to bet on the talent of people with disabilities and works for equal opportunities for them. This year the Group has reached a historic milestone regarding the number of employees, reaching 75,000 for the first time in history, 60% with some type of disability, working in multiple sectors of the economy in cities and towns across Spain.
The Group thus closes a great year by attending this Fair in Madrid every year, which, in the 2024 edition, received almost 7,600 visitors who had at their disposal 2,288 positions offered by 109 participating entities. In addition, 56 companies conducted 203 quick interviews (the Group, 16) and a total of 1,320 people attended the 27 conferences that took place at the Fair.
