Smartplay International has announced the addition of Kelly Kleinfelder to its executive team as Vice President of Technology and Production. Kleinfelder brings over 25 years of high-level management experience as a technology leader, with a proven track record in building and transforming IT departments. Her experience includes developing strategic IT roadmaps, leading digital transformation initiatives, and aligning technology with business goals to drive revenue growth, improve efficiency, and increase customer satisfaction.
As a managing partner at Strategic Elevation Advisory Group, Kleinfelder provided technology consulting to mid-sized manufacturing and distribution organizations, focusing on compliance, ERP implementations, and modernization projects. Among her notable career achievements is leading an ERP transition for a retail distribution company, which optimized business processes and reduced manual labor by 25%. Additionally, she implemented a 22-point IT transformation plan as CIO at a digital supply chain provider. Kelly holds a Bachelor's degree in Technical and Scientific Communication from Drexel University and a Master's degree in Information Technology Leadership from La Salle University. In 2021, she was named Corporate CIO of the Year in Philadelphia by InspireCIO.
