BetMGM announces a new partnership with Enteractive aimed at enhancing customer engagement and retention in the U.S. market for the operator.
Through this partnership, Enteractive will support BetMGM's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy by conducting targeted reactivation campaigns.
These initiatives will focus on converting unfunded registrations and reactivating dormant accounts.
Regarding this deal, Claus Hansen, Senior Director of CRM at BetMGM, stated: "Enteractive's expertise in one-on-one player interaction is a game changer for us. Their unique approach allows us to re-engage specific audience segments that may not respond to traditional CRM methods, ultimately improving retention rates and increasing player lifetime value."
Mikael Hansson, CEO of Enteractive, added: "BetMGM's decision to partner with Enteractive highlights our commitment to enhancing player engagement and retention in the U.S. market. We are excited to contribute to their success by driving conversions and reactivations, ensuring a stronger, more loyal player base.
"Our personalized and sustainable engagement strategy is key to achieving long-term player loyalty and revenue growth. We look forward to supporting BetMGM in consolidating its leadership position in the U.S. online gaming industry."
As BetMGM continues to expand, including entering new jurisdictions, this partnership is expected to play a significant role in optimizing customer retention efforts.
This announcement follows BetMGM's latest financial report, which showed a 7% year-over-year increase in total revenue for 2024, reaching $2.1 billion, primarily due to its iGaming division.
Despite the growth, the company reported a decline in EBITDA, reflecting the year's investments.
