The ONCE has officially launched the ONCE Low Vision Foundation (FOBV), a milestone that will benefit up to 400,000 people affected by low vision in Spain. The launch event, held at the iconic Palacete de los Duques de Pastrana in Madrid, was attended by the Minister of Social Rights, Pablo Bustinduy, and the president of the Social Group ONCE, Miguel Carballeda, among other personalities.
The FOBV is established with the purpose of providing concrete solutions to those facing the challenges of low vision, reinforcing ONCE's commitment to inclusion and the removal of barriers. Its lines of action include direct support to people with low vision, collaboration with specialized associations, and funding of research projects.
