The resolution establishes a deadline of fifteen business days for any individual or legal entity to examine the project.

Spain.- The Ministry of Finance and Public Administration of Extremadura announced the opening of a period of public hearing and information in relation to a new project of order that seeks to regulate access to gaming establishments in the region. It will be available for a period of fifteen days.

The project contemplates the creation of a model of application for registration and cancellation in the autonomous access limitations registry, which will be interconnected in an automated way with the General Registry of Access Interdictions to gaming at the national level. The interconnection with the national registry aims to streamline procedures and ensure greater efficiency in access control.

"Agree to open a period of public hearing and information for a period of fifteen business days, starting the day after the publication of this resolution, so that any individual or legal entity can examine the indicated order project and formulate the allegations or suggestions they deem appropriate," the resolution indicates. The text will be available for consultation at the offices of the General Directorate of Taxes and on the Transparency Portal of the Junta de Extremadura.

Last month, the Ministry of Social Rights, Consumption and Agenda 2030 and the Tax Agency of the Region of Murcia signed a convention establishing a mutual recognition system of the registrations in the access interdiction registers to gaming. The agreement was published in the Official State Gazette (BOE).
